New Build

Where it all began – a complex 3-storey new build on the banks of the Hobart Rivulet.

Designed by Green Design, the project aimed to create a warm family home on a steep site in a classic South Hobart setting.

The house achieved an 8-star rating and utilized triple glazed windows, extra thick walls and other techniques to maximise thermal performance.  

Extensive use of timber inside and outside the house connects the house to its bushy surrounds.

The build also included a shed, steep twisting concrete driveway and extensive landscaping.

This was completed on-time and on budget.

The clients were very happy!
