A Seamless Building Process

  • 1) Site Visit & Consultation

    We meet you on-site to discuss your vision, review plans, and understand the project’s scope. This initial meeting is free and helps us get aligned early.

  • 2) Detailed Cost Estimate

    We prepare a transparent cost estimate covering all materials, labour, and margins. It’s a detailed breakdown so you know exactly where your investment goes.

  • 3) Refining Scope & Budget

    Together, we fine-tune the project to meet your budget and priorities. A clear, collaborative process that keeps everything realistic and achievable.

  • 4) Contract & Approvals

    Once the scope and pricing are confirmed, we prepare a Master Builders Association contract (fixed-price or cost-plus) and finalise all necessary paperwork.

  • 5) Construction Begins

    Our qualified 2M team gets to work. We handle everything on-site, supported by trusted local trades, ensuring high standards, safety, and efficiency.

  • 6) Ongoing Communication

    Throughout the build, we keep you updated with regular progress reports and open discussions. No surprises, just clarity and trust.

  • 7) Completion & Handover

    We deliver your finished project on time, and to the standard we’re proud to put our name to. A smooth handover marks the start of your next chapter.

    From there, we prepare a highly detailed estimate and outline how we’ll bring the design to life. The earlier we’re involved, the smoother the project tends to run.

  • Yes, we use specialist software to very efficiently provide an opinion of probable cost for concept designs (pre-DA level of detail).

    This is a quick and cheap process, and can be used to compare costs for alternative design concepts for the same project.
